Katelyn had a wonderful Christmas. We celebrated at Grandma and Grandpa's house with Uncle Scott, Aunt Angie, Uncle Craig and his friend Ashley, and of course mom and dad were there. Katelyn must have been a good girl, because Santa sure left her a lot this year. Below is a movie maker show that Grandpa put together of Katelyns first Christmas. Notice the picture of Katelyn towards the end with all of her gifts behind her....now mom and dad have to find a place for everything!!!!
The very last picture of Katelyn all snuggled up with a bunny from her Great-Grandparents. She loves it you 3!!! Luv U!!

Now I'm Really Moving...
It didn't take her long, but Katelyn started crawling on December 9th. Now nothing is safe. We have to keep an eye on her at all times, as if we didn't already.
Getting Mobile....
On Thanksgiving Day Katelyn began to "barrell"crawl. Some think it looks like she is trying to swim. Who knows?? Below is a video of one of her first attempts.

Katelyn's First Thanksgiving
We spent Thanksgiving with the family over at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Below is a picture of me, mom, dad, Grandpa, Grandma, uncle Craig and his friend Ashley. There is also a cute video of Katelyn dancing/attacking a gingerbread reindeer of Grandma's.

Katelyn's Baptism
We were so honored to have family and friends join us for Katelyn's baptism. Including her godparents Uncle Scott, Aunt Angie and Uncle Craig, as well as Great-Grandpa and Grandma Ackerman and Grandpa and Grandma Ackerman. We were extremely honored to have Father Bahr perform the baptism before his sudden passing right before Christmas. Mom and dad couldn't have been more proud, Katelyn slept through almost the whole thing!!
Katelyn Day One!
Once Katelyn arrived we couldn't have been happier with our new addition. We were so tickled over her, I think we were a little too loud for her!
Katelyn's Blog....
I know Lee and I are a little late on starting this, but we'd like to try to catch up and keep a blog going of Katelyn for her first couple of years. A couple who has a little one about a month older than Katelyn has one for their little girl and encouraged us to get one for Katelyn and I thought it was a GREAT idea. It will be a neat way for us to share what she is doing with everyone.
